Universal Guidelines

Students are expected to be in uniform every day.  Occasionally there will be announced non-uniform days throughout the year (a dress code for such days is included in this section).  If there is legitimate reason why a uniform cannot be worn, a note from the parent/guardian must be written to the Principal.  Students who are out of uniform without this excuse will be sent to the office and the parent may be called to bring the proper clothing.

Uniform Guidelines

The uniform, in its entirety shall be worn each school day unless otherwise notified.  Since neatness and good grooming speak refinement, we ask all parents to see that the uniform regulations are kept.  Training in good appearance encourages a child’s sense of dignity and respect for oneself and others.

General Policies

  • Uniform should be clean and pressed with all buttons attached and hem intact.
  • Shirttails should be tucked in while a student is on campus or at school-sponsored events.
  • Pants with belt loops must be worn with a navy, brown or black belt
  • Brownie/Scout Uniforms – Students may wear the scout uniforms on meeting days.
  • Repeated uniform violations may result in a student being prohibited from participating in the next non-uniform day.
