Returning Students
In December, St. Francis School begins re-registering current students for the following School Year. Re-registration for current students is due by January 31st.
At the time of the re-registration process, St. Francis School also accepts applications for siblings of current students. When space allows in the class, siblings are given priority.
Please note that on February 1st non-registered current students might lose their place if there is a waitlist for their grade.
At the time of re-registration, St. Francis School will collect a non-refundable fee that will hold your current student’s spot in the class until the school electronically issues tuition agreements.
Tuition Rates are announced in March and shortly after, Tuition Agreements and Enrollment Contracts are sent out.
Families will receive their Tuition Agreement and Enrollment Contract via FACTS. These are issued per child and must be signed electronically.
If a family does not sign a Tuition Agreement within two weeks of receiving it, their child’s placement for the following school year might be lost.
On May 1st >>> all families who have enrolled at St. Francis School will automatically be charged a $250 non-refundable tuition deposit (per child) via their FACTS account on file.
Please note that your tuition deposit is a prepayment and will be applied to your upcoming year’s tuition.
New Students
Prospective families are encouraged to tour our beautiful school.
If your prospective child has a sibling that is currently enrolled in our school, their applications will be reviewed and acceptance letters will be issued in the Re-Enrollment period from December 1st – January 31st.
St. Francis School accepts Applications all year long. On Feb. 1 we start placing newly registered students into classes for the following year. Some classes will/do have waitlists and the school will notify you of your waitlist status in early February.
Please note that next year’s Tuition Rates are announced in March.
After Tuition Rates are announced and as space allows, St. Francis School issues Tuition Agreements via FACTS to new students who will be joining us the following year.
After new families receive their Tuition Agreement, they will have 2 weeks to finalize enrollment.

After your children are fully enrolled: download a School Calendar, subscribe to the Friday Update, and check the archives. Over the summer, purchase school supplies, fill out the required forms, purchase uniforms, and order lunch!
